Adult Muay Thai, Kickboxing & Boxing Classes

    BOXING BOOT CAMP

    Boxing and kickboxing mixed in with high-intensity cardio along with strength and conditioning.

    KICKBOXING

    Our beginner’s fundamental striking program on the bags will give you a basic understanding of the weapons used for the Muay Thai classes.

    MUAY THAI FUNDAMENTALS

    An all-levels fundamentals class to help you learn and master the basics. Students are eligible once the kickboxing program is completed.

    MUAY THAI INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

    Students are eligible for this program once they reach a green rank in the Muay Thai curriculum.

    INTRO TO SPARRING

    Get comfortable in the ring and learn to safely maximize control and power for beginners. (students must have orange rank to participate)

    Refine your technique, mastering offense, defense, head movement and footwork.

    DUTCH KICKBOXING

    High intensity partner drilling with high volume striking including offense, defense, footwork, & fighting strategies. (REQUIRED: shin guards, gloves, & mouth guard)
